The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For Fire Hydrant Agency: at least 10 years of experience in the government, PSU, or corporate sector. * For Electrical Agency: - One work of Rs. 7.36 Lac or - Two works of Rs. 4.60 Lac of electrical work. * For Electrical work with an estimated amount above 50.00 Lacs: - One work of 40% of the tender cost of electrical work, or - Two works of 25% of the tender cost of electrical work. * For SITC job of Fire hydrant: at least one work of Rs. 1.01 Lakhs or similar work in a high-rise building and basement more than 1000 sqmtr in Government/ Semi Government/ PSU in the last 5 years. * For Electrical work: - One work of Rs. 7.36 Lac or - Two works of Rs. 4.60 Lac of electrical work in a building/Campus as per MOU criteria, completed satisfactory in the last five years in Govt. / Semi-Government / PSU department. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as: - Rs. 1.01 Lakhs for Fire hydrant work - Rs. 7.36 Lac for electrical work - Rs. 4.60 Lac for electrical work (two works) The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as: - 40% of the tender cost of electrical work (one work) - 25% of the tender cost of electrical work (two works)
