Excavation for foundation in hard Murrum from 1.5 to 3.0 meters depth, including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing of the excavated stuff up to any lead and lift.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand, 8 graded machine-broken stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, excluding cost of formwork in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M-250 and finishing smooth with curing etc. complete. Including the cost of formwork of plywood only with fair finish & propping must be of steel only so as to give a fair finish but excluding the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C. work in plinth beam for any cross-sectional area of column. Rate is also inclusive of providing and mixing plasticizer of approved make in proportion as per mix design.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg./Sq. cm. In foundation and plinth, use cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand (conventional bricks)).

Providing and laying honeycomb brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand) below ground level.

Providing 10mm thick cement plaster in a single coat of interior plastering and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry, including providing and mixing with waterproofing material for all floors.

Providing 10 mm thick cement plaster in a single coat on ceilings for interior plastering and a finished even & smooth surface in C.M. 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry at ground floor.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster on walls above ground level consisting of a 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) and an 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1 cement:1 sand). Complete for any height.

Providing cement VATA (10cm x 10cm) size quarter round in cement mortar (1:1) including neat cement finishing, watering, etc. Complete.

Providing and filling brick bats in soak well as per drawing and specification etc., complete.

Finishing wall with weatherproof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) over and above applying one coat of primer to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials etc. complete. Primer, Exterior Emulsion Paint shall be used as per approved material list by GSPHCL. (For any Height).

Providing and fixing SW gully trap without CI grating, brick masonry chamber and watertight CI cover with frame of 300*300mm size inside with standard weight. (I) Square mouth traps (©) 150*100mm size P or S type.

R.C.C. top slab with C.C. 1:1.5:3 mix (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm size) foundation concrete 1:5:10 inside plaster 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement. Walls & bed connect etc. complete rate inclusive of outside plaster of 15mm thick in C.M. 1:3 form top of chamber and all sides up to 15 cm deep below ground level. Rate also inclusive of providing and fixing precast cover of size 0.7 m x 0.6 m x 0.07 m with 2 no. M.S. flat handle in cement concrete 1:1.5:3, including angle frame of section 40x40x3 mm section etc. complete. (i) Inside Dimensions 455 mm x 610 mm and 450 mm deep for single/multiple pipeline.

Extra over and above Item No. 18 for every additional depth of 0.1 mtr. or part thereof beyond 450 mm depth for Block masonry chamber 455 x 610 mm.

Rate also inclusive of providing and fixing precast cover of size 0.7 m x 0.6 m x 0.07 m with 2 no. of M.S. flat handle in cement concrete 1:1.5:3, including angle frame of section 40x40x3 mm section etc. complete. Providing and fixing precast R.C.C. cover including angle frame of 40mm x 40mm x 3mm section and C.C 1:1.5:3 precast R.C.C. cover for I.C and M.H chamber etc. including 8mm HYSD steel at 15mm c/c both ways and oil painting of angle frame and finishing of concrete with CM 1:3 etc. Complete finished dimension of concrete cover shall be 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.07m size. Rates are inclusive of cost of angle frame, reinforcement, concrete, finishing work and two pieces of MS flat 25 x 3 mm size as an angle.

Providing and supplying and fixing corrugated DWC HDPE pipes of Class SN8 Structured Wall polyethylene piping systems (pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non-smooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surfaces (double wall) for non-pressure underground sewerage & drainage application as per EN:13476-3, including all local and central taxes, transportation, freight charges, octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading, and conveyance to the departmental stores etc. complete. (100mm ID Dia) Including lowering, laying, and jointing of class SN8 structured wall (external annular corrugated & smooth internal surface) polyethylene piping and fittings with the help of a coupler (online/offline) attached with one end of pipes, sliding over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring placed on the specified valley of the corrugation at the spigot end, lowering the same into the trench, laying on the lower bedding (constructed at the bottom of trenches) at prescribed gradient, depth & alignment, testing the water tightness of the joints, ensuring the continuity tests of specified pipe segments etc. complete as per drawing, specifications & detailed engineering, including carriage of pipes & fittings from site stacks to the place of laying etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lifts.

Cleaning manhole by removing sludge/silt with the help of rope, basket etc. complete for any depth of manhole/I.C chamber.

Cleaning of gully trap, removing all material including all labour, required tools, tackles and disposing of all debris as directed by E.I.C.
