Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for at least 1 year. Also, the bidder must be an authorized partner or system integrator from the OEM. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. Values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements: * 50% of bid quantity for past performance * 50% of technically qualified bidders will be eligible for Reverse Auction Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: * ISO: 9001 * ISO: 14001 * ISO: 27001 * ISO: 27032 * ISO: 45001 * ISO 11801-1 (for Cat6 Cable) * CMMI Level -5 * CE, FCC, RoHS * BIS (Camera & NVR) * ONVIF compliance * Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR
