Providing and Constructing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : All works up to plinth level, raft, pedestal,Coping,etc. 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Providing, laying, position and fixing of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding with soft drawn annealed binding wire of dia not less than 1mm with 2 stands etc., all complete up to all level. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or more,Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Column, pillers,piers,Abutments,foundation,pedestals etc,complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Structural steel work in single section,Base plates, insert plates, framing for steps & platforms, railing, angles,supporting members for roofing, foundation bolts, or any other section,etc., fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position all complete. 1. Rate to include making holes & welding as required to complete the work, all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 2. Rate to include providing & fixing the templates for fixing of foundation bolts. 3. Rate to tools & tackles required to complete the work as per specification including welding rod etc., complete.

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work for Chequered Plate work in Steps, platforms etc., including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position , all complete as per specification. 1. Rate to include making holes & welding as required to complete the work all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 2. Rate to tools & tackles required to complete the work as per specification including welding rod etc., complete.

Providing, Applying & Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations on Structural Steel i.e. on M.S. Plate /Round /Angle /Rectangular /Chequered plate or any other structural member prepared . The epoxy paint should be applied as per manufacturer's specifications including providing & applying appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. as required to complete the work, Note: Actual area of painted surface of each element shall be measured and paid in square meter. Rate for the item is to be quoted considering the mode of measurement as above. The Painting co-efficient shall be One for respective plan Area.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners/ S.S. Screw of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings / Sketch and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 25). The quoted rate should be inclusive of all aluminium sections,glazing clips, screws,EPDM rubber etc., required to complete the work as per specification or as directed by the EIC.

Providing & fixing of 4mm thick flat UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, & any Height including fixing with polymer coated bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses,Structural member etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS Note: 1.The contractor has to ensure the leak-proof work by using the exterior grade silicon sealant. The rate quoted should be inclusive of the same. 2. The quoted rate should be inclusive of Scaffolding,(If required). 3.Structural member shall be measured & paid in respective Item of this tender.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings/sketches, complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing (Glass Work) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings/Sketches and the directions of engineer-in-charge . With 5 mm thick Plain glass/ float glass panes of 5 mm thickness as directed by EIC., complete all as per direction of EIC.

Providing and Fixing 12mm dia & 160mm long Chemical anchored fasteners of M/s Hilti make anchor HAS-U 5.8 M12 x 160 & M/s Hilti make Injectable mortar adhesive, HIT-RE-500 for fixing of base plate of structure column/staircase/other member with existing RCC element including necessary drilling, blowing, cleaning, scaffolding etc., all tools & tackles required for proper fixing of Chemical Anchor. Complete all as per Manufacture's Specification or as Directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1.The Installation Should be done through authorised applicator and as per strictly Manufacture's Specification. 2. The quoted Rate should be inclusive of drilling including diamond bit if required.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside IPR campus lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Work shall be done with out damaging other parts of the building and services excpect designated part by EIC. Complete for all heights and all leads as directed by the EIC. Note: The quoted rate should be inclusive the cost of Scaffolding as required to complete the work.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material out side IPR campus as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. Work shall be done with out damaging other parts of the building and services excpect designated part by EIC.

Providing and laying CEMENT PLASTER 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4(1cement:4sand),Complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Plaster should be of single coat Mala finished.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Two or more coats of Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, door weight up to 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete, all as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 x 58 x 1.90 mm with stainless steel screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of 125mm a pair (2 Nos) , ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of Size 200 x 10mm , ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Grouting of Columns/foundations bolts/ dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members with GP2 cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means ( Free flowing /pump),curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) Stirrer mixed cementitious grout (non shrink) of approved make in column/foundations bolts/ dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows of steel/wood/aluminium etc., shutter of area beyond 3 sq. meters including chowkhats,window Frame, architrave, holdfasts, window Glass etc. complete and stacking within IPR campus as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge .
