The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a specified number of Financial years before the bid opening date. The number of years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 2 years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for past performance - 2 years for experience criteria - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE sellers - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE sellers - 3 Financial years No specific technical certification is required by the bidder to participate in this tender. However, the bidder needs to comply with the technical specifications mentioned in the "Specification Document" and "BOQ Detail Document" and applicable laws/acts/rules, including Labour Laws.
