1. Bidders have to quote their rates at both Schedule i.e. Schedule-B1 & B2, exclusive of GST in % Schedule-B. 2. The rates will remain firm and same throughout the contract period.
3. L1 Bidder will be considered for awarding of contract on the basis of Total End Cost [i.e. Rate of Supply Part and Works Part]. Overall L1 is considered.
