Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate of Recognition issued by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, for startups. 2. Self-attested/certified documents with a legible stamp for technical criteria of BEC. 3. Certified/Attested documents by a Chartered Accountant (not being an employee or a Director or not having any interest in the bidder’s company/firm) and Notarized by Notary public with a legible stamp for startups. 4. Certificate issued by Company Secretary as per Appendix- A2A to Section II. 5. Undertaking by Supporting Company to provide a Performance Bank Guarantee as per format and instructions enclosed at Appendix- A3 to Section II.
