Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years, and also for 1 year before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: 20% weightage is given to past performance, and the bidder is required to submit copies of relevant contracts to support their experience. The values given for Eligibility requirements are: - 20% weightage for past performance - 1 year for experience criteria before the bid opening date The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. 2. BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest. Additionally, a certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made is required if the bidder wants to avail the Purchase preference for Make In India products.
