Demolishing RCC work manually / by mechanically means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar with thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm at all heights as directed, including stacking material within 50 metres lead, ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with water proofing chemical including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge including the cost of centering and shuttering including supply of all labour tools & plants, etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete with 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including laying, compacting, curing complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work including all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply, fabrication, hoisting and placing in position HYSD reinforcement bars (SAIL/ TATA/ IISCO / RINL/ JINDAL /etc.) conforming to IS 1786 - latest edition Grade FE 415 / 500 D as per detailed drawing and specifications including cutting, bending and tying with 18 SWG binding wire complete for all heights and depths as directed etc. complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

15 mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on rough side with water proof compound in the proportion of @ 0.1% per bag or as recommended by the manufactureres, of single or half brick wall,rcc, cc block masonary, stone masonry ceiling etc.for interior/exterior plastering at all heights, including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth,drip moulding and proper grooves where ever required and as directed and finished even and smooth in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (Digital Type) conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make and size, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles ( as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size ) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) and finished neat complete, as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and laying Ceramic Glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make it colours such as white , Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand ) , Jointing with grey Cement Slurry @ 3.3 kg / sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Wall Painting with Premium Acrylic Emulsion Paint of Interior Grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, over and including a coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade after preparing the surface properly & then cleaning the cement painting spots on the floors, furnitures, doors & windows etc as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge (two coats over a coat of cement primer)

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade, approved brand and manufacture over a coat of exterior primer, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as directed after scrapping the old wornout paint, cleaning & preparing the surface properly & cleaning the painting spots on the floor, furnitures etc including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, curing and all other charges etc. complete. (Two coats over a coat of cement primer)

Applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content at all heights, including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, curing and all other charges etc. complete.

Finishing walls with two or more coats of 1st quality Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Berger/ NEROLAC) of required colour to give an even shade, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as directed at all heights including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding, curing and all other charges etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel / iron/wood works having VOC content less than 250 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Berger/ NEROLAC ) to steel/ iron/ wood & other metal and wood surfaces to give an even shade after scrapping the old wornout paint, cleaning & preparing the surface properly & cleaning the painting spots on the floor, furnitures etc after painting & removal and placing of all the items in existing position as directed at all height, supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Shifting of equipments and Miscellaneous items properly and carefully without damaging the equipment with packing, loading and unloading with relocation of instruments and other materials from one location to another as required within the civil works period and replacing the equipments properly and other fittins after completion of civil works in equipment room of lighthouse tower and old technical building, all items or equipments are replaced to their orignal position including all the necessary packing materials and protective coverings and supply of all materials, labours and equipment to complete the work as directed by the engineer in charge.
