The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing and executing advisory services in the port sector or any of the state governments or public sector undertakings or development authority, or urban local body in India during the last 7 years. For similar works completed, the evaluation criteria are as follows: - Each similar work costing Rs 90 to 112 lakhs - 10 marks - Each similar work costing Rs 113 to 180 lakhs - 20 marks - Each similar work costing more than Rs 180 lakhs - 40 marks, with a maximum of 40 marks. The maximum marks for similar works completed is 40, which accounts for 40% of the total evaluation. Key personnel experience accounts for 60 marks, with the following required prior work experience: - Team Leader: at least 10 years of experience - Manager (Technical): at least 6 years of experience - Manager (Legal): at least 6 years of experience - Manager (Finance): at least 6 years of experience - Assistant (Legal): at least 2 years of experience - Back office Executive-Assistants: at least 3 years of experience - Estate Inspector: at least 3 years of experience - Surveyor: at least 3 years of experience The bidder's proposal will be evaluated based on their technical and financial bids, with a weightage of 80% for technical and 20% for financial bids. The bidder must score a minimum of 70 marks (out of 100) in the technical evaluation to be considered "Technically Qualified" and have their financial bid opened.
