Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles pebbles, all types of conglomerates all types of laterite rocks, soft rock, ordinary rock disintegrated rock fissured shuttered rock decomposed or weathered rock and all such other material in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry moist saturated submerged foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water dewatering incl setting out constructed of shoring and beracing removal of stump and other deleterious matter dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated sil rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc as per specification and drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto Plinth level.

Supply/installation of online Rainwater filter custom made for roof Rainwater harvesting system made out of reputed fitting with valves, inlet, outlet, filtering complete unit suitable to fix along the roof water outlet pipe and all fittings of Watertec, Asral or equivalent make for connection or Rainy Filter.
