Kotah stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & complete with base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime putty : 1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand) .

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical / manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles pebbles, all types of conglomerates all types of laterite rocks, soft rock, ordinary rock disintegrated rock fissured shuttered rock decomposed or weathered rock and all such other material in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry moist saturated submerged foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water dewatering incl setting out constructed of shoring and beracing removal of stump and other deleterious matter dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated sil rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc as per specification and drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Shakti / Boss or equivalent water tank of 5000 litre with all connections / fittings in proper line and level complete, including fixing bib cock to tank and overflow of tank to percolation pit and laying of different layers of percolation materials in percolation pit as per drawings as directed by the Engineer incharge.
