Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Disposal of surplus earth excavated material from the site with a lead of 5 kms including all loading & unloading charges (a) by tipper ruck including loading unloading and stacking .contractor should arrange land for dispose up these material at his own cost with lead upto 5 km.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. Earth work in excavation by mechanical/ manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum, of all verities shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out of water, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of the remaining excavated soil/rock as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. for all lifts & lead upto 200 mts as specified & directed etc complete.
