Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all type of strata comprising any of materials such as soil, sand, clay, gravels, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerate laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials in full or parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged foul conditions, etc. including pumping or bailing out water including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and disposing of surplus excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge with all leads and lift etc. as specified and directed etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

iii) Columns, Pillars, Posts & Struts ( circular or curved in plan)

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Supply and fixing of Fiber glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) needle. Needles along with FRP coated M.S. Frame needles shall be made out standard quality FRP composite materials smooth surface shall be provided from both side of needles , toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needle for interlocking in to each other box type groove protect the edge of the needles , rubber seal size 15 x 4mm thick shall be fixed into the groove for water tight performance. Handles shall be provided in two locations for lifting and lowering of the needles into frame. The FRP needles are tailor made section as per size required at site for closing the bandhara. a)For thickness of needle 115mm+3 mm (hollow type) at center & 65+3 mm at ends for water depth 2 to 4m from top and width not more than 2mts in clear span.

Providing and fixing PVC water seal in construction joints are as per design and drawings shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5 kgs/cm2 of approved quality and conforming to relevant I.S. code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided the nominal width shall not be less than 305 mm & the thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00 mm and shall withstand minimum hydrostatic pressure of 30m of water including the cost of all materials, laborers, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including incidentals involved as per specifications, drawing and directives of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position (1:1 1/2:3) Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) a) All works upto plinth level.
