Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. Size 700 x 500 x 75 mm with steel reinforcemnt not less than 3.0 kgs per unit

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing & Laying Synthetic 15mm of finished surface (Full PUR) Athletic track of IAAF approved Synthetic Athletic track surface of Class II certification from IAAF. The lower layers of the Synthetic surface 2 layers, underneath the top exposed layer. The each independent layer shall comprise of UV stabilised polyurethane applied at the rate of note less than 2.5 Kg/m2 and broad crusted black granules embedded thoroughly in eachlayer subsequently shall be cured for 24hours and next layer will be laid at the coating rate of 2.5kg/m2 and granules rate of 3.8kg/m2. the top layer of synthetic surface should have terra cotta colour and shall comprise of formulated high resilience EPDM granules of size 1mm to 3.5mm bound in polyurethane resins. the final coat of polyurethane shall be applied at the rate of not less than 3.3kg/m2 the EPDM granules shall be embedded with full PU coating at the rate of 4Kg/m2 covering area. The contractor will give quality certficate from laboratory approved by IAAF.
