Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

A) For pipes of 160 to 200 mm dia for connecting the HSC to manhole.

Dismantling of Chequered tiles flooring including PCC bed and reinstating with Chequered tile Flooring wherever required in side apartment premises and house premises as required for providing House sewer connections including rubble packing, cement concrete 1:2:4 & disposal of surplus material to lead upto 5 km.

Construction of manhole conical in shape including cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation thickness of concrete 25 cms and offset 15 cms on both sides and first class brick work with bricks class designation 100kg/cm2 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) 35 cms thick including providing & fixing Cl footrests confirming to IS 5445/69 or revised and whose weight shall not be less than 5.30 kgs including fixing in man-hole at 30 cm c/c in 20x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and 12 mm thick plaster inside and outside with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) including adding waterproofing compound of approved brand in cement mortar with a floating coat of neat cement and making channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 m nominal size) neatly finished including providing and fixing manhole cover and frame in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per standard design. ii) 1.20 m dia,(a) 1.50 m deep. With 500 mm dia D.I. heavy duty class C-250 circular cover with square frame weighing not less than 65 kgs.including Cutting the bituminous road and reinstatement of the same including rubble packing and Earthwork in excavation by manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5 km and Refilling the pipeline trenches with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 5 km and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth and with reinstatement of road as directed by the Engineer in charge.

ii) 1.20 m dia, (a) 1.50 m deep

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Providing, Laying and jointing of unplasticised non-pressure PVC pipes for using underground drainage and sewerage system confirming to IS:15328 - 2003 stifness class SN-8 (8 KN/m2,SDR -34) including Earthwork in excavation by manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) in all types of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5 km and Refilling the pipeline trenches with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 5 km and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing RCC manhole including breaking the manhole wall, with suitable core cutting machine including making arrangement for electric power supply or D.G set for the operation of said machine and making good the walls,floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)12 mm thick cement plaster on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for drains etc.complete.

a) All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded granitic a basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for:

a) Foundations footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.
