Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Cutting the bituminous road for laying the pipeline in trenches including labour, tools, etc. and disposing the excavated excess material from the trench to a distance of 1000 metres, including making level the trench surface by utilising the serviceable material to the level of the top surface of road, by compacting, watering ramming with rolling with road roller after completion of laying of pipe and refilling the trenches etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying at store or site of work including railway freight, carting, loading, unloading, stacking etc. galvanized mild steel continuous weld tubes conforming to IS:1239 (part II) 1975, with latest amendments, screwed at both the ends as per IS: 554-pipe threads, one end fitted with socket other end with plastic protection ring at random length 4-7 metres. Class B

Supply of 4 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554(Part I) ,IS:7098(Part I) with latest amendments of following size.

Suppy and installation of 7.5 HP inline monoblock booster pump set (Kirloskar, Crompton or equivalent) compatible to the automation system and to cater for the desired range of delivery head between 36M to 52M with discharge of 4.1 LPS at 36M head and 2 LPS at 52 meter head including testing and commissioning.

Supply and installation of automatic based control panel for 7.5 HP inline booster pump consisting of (1) floor mounted, flush front compartmentalized panel box made out of 1.5mm CRCA sheet. The panel box should be dust and vermin proof, double door with locking arrangement and canopy at the top having IP-65 class of protection suitable for operation on 440V, 50Hz, 3 phase. The panel shall be powder coated with RAL7032 colour. It shall be mounted on an angle iron frame at a height of 30cm from the ground having provision for cable entry from bottom. The switchgear and other accessories of reputed make and comprising of following items 1 No. of 3A, 10KA, TP MCB 1 No. of sealable space for kwh meters 1 No. of star delta starter for 7.5 HP pump 1 No. of TPN MCCB 32 Amps 1 No. of capacitor 3 kvar 1 No. of Voltmeter 500 Volts with selector switch 1 No. of Ammeter 30 amps 3 Nos. of RYB indicating bulbs 3 Nos. of control MCB 6 amps The starter shall have an automatic timer to work for pre determined time each day. There should be a changeover switch option to defeat predetermined timings and to manually operate the pump as per need The system shall have the safeties such as (a) phase failure and voltage unbalance protection (b) dry run protection (c ) Phase sequence protection (d) overloading protection The system shall have the indications such as (a) pump on (b) Overload (c ) under current (d) failure/ unbalance

Supplying cast iron fittings as per IS : 1538 -1993 including sealing rubber gasket (NR) CI Compression glands and coated MS Nuts bolts.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark,of approved brands, including accessories and providing special protective masonry chamber as per enclosed drawing ( to be paid extra)( without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).

In soily strata( Masonry chamber not included)

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode as required( 65 Kgs of Charcoal and 5 Kgs of Salt).

Supplying and laying 6 SWG GI wire at 0.5 m below ground level for conductor earth electrode including soldering etc. as required
