Supplying and fixing extra down rod of 20 cm length GI pipe 15 cm dia heavy gauge including painting etc as required

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI markof approved brands including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking /lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe 40mm diameter as per specifications. c) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).;(a) In soily strata

Dismantling, removal & stacking of old wiring including removal of wires , old fans & lighting fixtures cable ,DB's, down rods, Switch Boards etc. and handing over to the School Authorities

Supply of 3 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554(Part I) IS:7098(Part I) with latest amendments of following size.;3 Core 6 sq.mm

Supply of 4 feet 20 W single box/batten industrial type LED luminaire with CRCA body pre coated in white and pre wired for LED type complet with all accessories of make Crompton , model no IGP 131LT8-16 or Havells bearing Cat No. LHFYBYPNIA1W022/ Bajaj Bearing Cat No.BLRB-DB 118/Wipro bearing Cat No WIO 921208 or any approved brand including 1 No of of 4 feet 20 W LED tube of make crompton bearing Cat No. LTT8-20/Bajaj bearing Cat No.BLRB 18W CWc /Havells bearing Cat No.LHLDCLXUL8X020 or Wipro bearing Cat No. LL13-181-650 as required.( Equivalent to be approved by Engineer in charge). The LED tube should have a warranty of two years from the date of commissioning.

Supplying and fixing suitable size modular PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/ 6 A modular switch connection painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of rigid PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface(medium)/recess(heavy) including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.;(b) 25 mm

Wiring for 5A /15A plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in PVC casing capping alongwith 1 No 4 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supply and erecting of 48 inch (1200mm sweep) ceiling fan double ball bearing type complete with all accessories.;(a) Cat A

Supplying and fixing following way SPN sheet steel MCB distribution board Consumer Unit 240 V on surface/ recess complete with tinned copper busbar neutral busbar earth bar dinnbar hinged front acrylic cover for the MCB knobs detachable gland plate interconnections phosphotized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required (but without MCB/RCCB/Isolator);(a) 2 + 4 way Cat A

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the independent PVC casing capping of appropriate size as required.;(b) 2 x 2.5 sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm earthwire (20mm casing )

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/ 6 A modular switch on board the modular surface/recessed PVC/GI modular box by suitably increasing its modular capacity modular plate and cover including connection painting etc. as required.;(a) Cat A

Extra for using salt and charcoal for pipe earth electrode as required( 65 Kgs of Charcoal and 5 Kgs of Salt).

Supplying and fixing DK thermoplastic Cable Junction Boxes130 x 130 x 77mm IP 66/69 weather proof for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) including connections etc & inbuilt 4 way stud type connectors of make Hensel cat no. DK 0604 G / spelberg and fixing of 32 mm dia Gi pipe including, clamps nut bolts, cement, sand, excavation for mounting etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth lectrode with4 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode as required

Supply and erecting meter box suitable for single phase energy meter and incoming SP/DP MCB fabricated out of 16 SWG sheet steel powder coated complete as required and conforming to the requirements of Goa Electricity Department.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 36 watts or more LED Street light in Pressure die cast aluminium housing with polycarbonate cover having IP 65 class of protection or above having efficient hight output LED of make Greatwhite bearing cat No.LED-STL-38005, or Jaguar fittings bearing cat NoLSRT01S036XC or Bajaj bearing cat No. BRTFG 36W LED or any approved equivalent make ( to be approved by Engineer in Charge) complete with 40 mm dia GI pipe bend at an appropriate angle of length 80cms and having three years free replacement warranty complete as required.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate switch box excluding modular plate etc. as required;(a) Cat A

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required;(a) Cat A

Supplying and fixing 40 A C series MCB suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc as required.;(c) DP Cat A

Supply and erecting S type Stainless Steel fan hook fabricated out of 10 mm round bar complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC casing caping alongwith accessories on surface as required.;(b)25mm casing capping

Installationearthing testing and commissioning of ceiling fan including wiring the down rod of standard length ( upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq .mm FRFRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm on surface etc. complete as required

Providing and fixing 4 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop arthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required
