Providing 150mm (6") dia. G.I.pipes Medium grade (Class B) conforming to IS 1239/1973 for casing pipe including seam collar coupling, etc. complete and lowering the casing pipes in the drilling holes during drilling including fixing the pipe with socket of welding etc. complete.

Providing and fixing threaded well cap of cast iron/G.I suitable for 150mm (6) dia casing pipes bore wells as directed.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation pipeline trenches, drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width 10sq.m on plan including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms for all lift including getting out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus soil for all lead and in all types of soft stratas comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rocks, ordinary rocks, soft rock disintergrated rocks, fissured, shuttered/decomposed rock, weathered rocks and all such other materials as described under appendix A to these specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any method / methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc, blasting prohibited and in all conditions such as dry , moist , foul, saturated submerged etc including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge etc.

Supplying at store or site of work Rigid PVC (SEL FIT) pipes for public water supply including Railway freight, carting, loading and unloading, stacking, transit insurance etc. complete, Conforming to IS: 4985-2000, and bearing ISI mark, Class 6 kg/cm2.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing, installations, commissioning and testing of submersible pump etc. of max 150mm dia bearing ISI Mark, pump confirming to IS 8034 1976 with overall efficiency of pump being more than 50% and motor confirming to IS 9283/1976 to operate on 415 volts (10%-15%) SNY, AC supply suitable for vertical installation in bore/tube well of 150mm internal dia. Capable of delivering below mentioned discharge against respective dynamic head including all necessary accessories such as strainer guard pressure compensation device standard cable lead, built in no return valve pump motor coupling etc. complete. The impeller and diffuser should be made of noryl/industrial plastic and stainless steel housing and stainless steel shaft having resistance to abrasion - discharge in lpm - 1001pm. Dynamic head in meters - 90m etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing, installations, testing & successful commissioning of control panel main box (lockable) made out of 16 SWG G.I sheet of size 125X75X35 cm with required no of nuts and of size 25 X 6 mm M.S flat welded to the back main box with 2" clearance & suitable hole for cables and earthling mounted on M.S angle frame of sizes 50X50X6mm of 155cm. height of 150cms with 6 nos nut bolts including fixing of Larsen & Toubro make control panel inside the box including complete wiring with single strand, suitable size copper wire and painting with powder coating to resist ultraviolet rays of complete box and stand with seven tank process etc. complete as per detailed drawing enclosed. (The box should have proper space and provision for fixing capacitor meter box TP & N switch fuse unit, pilot lamp set and other accessories etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing & fixing earthing with required material Charcoal, salt connecting with 4 mm (SWG) dia G.I. wire on surface in recess for loop earthing as required and as directed by engineer incharge

Providing fixing and commissioning PVC shealthed submersible finolex cable of size 1x3x2.5 sq.mm Finolex make with other accessories suitable for submersible pump sets conforming to IOS specifications etc., (rubberised) for gripping and connecting to switches etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying at site of squire threaded UPVC pipe Ashirvad make suitable for submersible pump non corrosive column pipes etc. complete

Supply cast iron adopters Ashirvad make for connecting from pipe to G.I. pipe UPVC adaptor and other materials including testing the joints etc. complete 50 mm dia

Supplying 16 mm Nylon rope for fixing its submersible pump for the tubewell

Supplying and fixing 2" G.I Elbow (heavy duty) 2" GI brand (HD) borewell clamp, 2"socket 2" non return valve, bolt & nut as borewell
