Providing & Fixing of nozzles: 12 mm nozzle of 100 mm in the crack, honeycomb, damage portion @ 500 c/c by drilling of holes up to max 200 mm depth and 16 mm dia. and fixing with underwater epoxy putty. The cost of all materials, hire charges of compressor, pneumatic tools, hire charges of barge boat, waterjet and all labour charges etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and applying underwater epoxy grout Sikadur -53 UF of Sika or equivalent: Low Viscosity Epoxy grout mixture through pre-fix nozzles into the structure. The application will include all material, labour, grouting equipment and T&P or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge completed in all respect

Providing & fixing additional reinforcement (TMT-Fe 500 bar and fixing with Sika Anchorfix2 or equivalent- TMT Fe500 rebars as per the drawing shall be fabricated and placed in position. The cost of all materials and all fabrication charges and all labour charges etc., complete in all respect. Reinforcement bars to be welded in place for tying the rebars.

P/F sacrificial anode (Galvashield XPI Vector Construction or equivalent)- Sacrificial anode of approved make shall be fixed over the main reinforcement of the pile as per the manufacturer specification. The cost of materials and all labour charges etc., complete in all respect.

Repair with Underwater epoxy putty: Repair of damage surface maximum to 50 mm with epoxy putty. Base and hardener shall be mixed using the slow speed heavy duty mixing machine to obtain a uniform mix. The mixed materials shall be placed in all damage surface and finished smoothly using the putty blade/ trowel within 30 minutes by using the divers. The item includes the cost of hire charges of all equipment, tools and plants and all labour charges etc., complete in all respect.

Providing and laying Sufficient quantity of micro concrete sikarep 3 uw or equivalent and 10 mm downgraded chips (2:1) shall be stocked at site to enable completion of pouring in a continuous operation. An approved grout concrete mixer of slow speed heavy duty drill shall be used for mixing. The cost of all materials, providing & fixing slurry tight shuttering, cost of hire charges barges, pontoon, boat, all machineries diving equipment and all labour charges, tools & plants including divers etc., complete in all respect. Thickness of layer up to 10 cms deemed to be included in the repair work.

Applying anticorrosive treatment to reinforcement steel ( Sika Friazinc R of Sika or equivalent) - Providing and Applying two coats of Zinc rich coating to the Re bars, primer shall be an epoxy based zinc rich, two component, zinc rich liquid packed and supplied ready to use. An unbroken 40 microns DFT/coat coating shall be capable of providing active galvanic protection and avoiding the generation of incipient anodes in the immediately adjacent locations. It shall be of suitable viscosity to enable the coating to penetrate into imperfections and pits within the surface of the structural steel by strictly following the manufacturer’s instruction. Anchoring shear connectors - P/f of shear connectors of TMT-Fe 500 bar and fix with Sika Anchorfix2 or equivalent (secondary reinforcement) of 12 mm dia, holes of 16 mm shall be drilled at the required locations and fixed with underwater epoxy material. The cost of all materials, hire charges hammer drilling machine and all consumables and all labour charges etc., complete.in all respect.

Providing & applying epoxy bonding agent (Sikadur 32 LP) of Sika or equivalent)- Before pouring the micro concrete, the base and hardener of the epoxy jointing compound shall be mixed mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine. The same shall be applied over the prepared concrete surface using good quality brush. Cost of materials, tools and other hire charges all machineries and all labour charges etc., complete.

Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) -Sikatop 122hs of Sika or equivalent) - P/Applying polymer modified pre-batched repair mortar with the help of electric stirrer machine & rebuilt the area manually in layers above & under the Jetty, scaffolding, complete in all respect. Cost of materials, tools and other hire charges all machineries and all labour charges etc., complete. PMM application 50 mm avg. thickness in 2 layers

Providng & applying Membrane curing agent ( Antisol E (WP) of Sika or equivalent)- Immediately after the striking form work or after completion of the repair work the surface of the bracket as well as the pile should be sprayed with Curing agent of approved make as per manufacturer specifications. The cost of materials, tools and all labour charges etc., complete.

Corrosion monitoring box:- Supplying and fixing of monitor box as per specification of manufacturer to monitor corrosion in selected members of the structure in desired locations, and as directed including all equipment's, plants, cost of materials, instrumentation, cost of boat hiring, catamaran, pontoon, labour, transport and fuel, etc. complete.

Protective coating- Supplying & applying Sikagard XT of Sika protective coating on RCC surfaces including cleaning, preparing the surface as per manufacturer’s specification/instructions and as directed, including a priming coat of Sika Primer W. All tools, plants, labour, materials including necessary scaffolding etc. complete.

Wearing Coat/ layer/Screed Concrete: Removal of existing wearing course and Providing & Laying controlled C.C. M40 grade using graded stone aggregate 10 to 20 mm nominal size, mixing with fibre strips including. Finishing, curing, side shuttering etc. The coat of all materials, labours and all hire charges of machineries and all labours etc., completed. The avg. thickness of layer shall be 10 cms.

Structural steel works - P/F of structural steel plate, liner, angle, channel, beam, GI pipes, etc. including fabrication, erection as per site requirement or as per instructions of engineer complete in all respect. The coat of all materials, labours and all hire charges of machineries and all labours etc., completed.

Re-casting works (Concrete railing/curb wall, staircase and New Deck slab at the approach)

Dismantling of concrete - Dismantling of existing concrete including disposal to the dumping area (up to 5 km lead) including cutting of reinforcement steel. The coat of all materials, labours and all hire charges of machineries and all labours etc., complete.

Drilling and fixing of Reinforcement steel (Fe 500) - reinforcement bars of 10-32mm dia. by drilling hole 200 mm or as directed inside the existing concrete structure ( +4mm of dia. of steel) keeping specified development length projection grouted with epoxy mortar, above & below jetty, with scaffolding, complete in all respect. Reinforcement measurement will be calculated separately.

P/f of shuttering - Providing leak proof shuttering for deck slab, beam etc with suitable material with proper staging & supports. The coat of all materials, labours and all hire charges of machineries and all labours etc., completed.

Concreting - M40 grade - Providing & laying controlled cement concrete M-40 for cast-insitu beams, deck slab, pile cap including cost of form work, fixing of reinforcement steel, finishing, curing, cutting, placing in position but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement. Designing of the RCC shall be deemed to be include in the scope of work.

Bollard, ladders & Fenders

Dismantling & removal of existing fender (if any) including hardware from Jetty structures and replacing the same by Rubber Fenders ‘D’ type fender of size 200H x2500 mm length) including drawing, manufacturing, supply, installation with necessary fixtures, etc. complete in all respects. ( D fender to be designed for ship size of 2000 DWT)

Supply & installation of M.S bollards: Manufacturing, supply, installation with necessary fixtures, removal of old bollard if any, fabricating & providing new M.S. bollards at the locations as directed, of size 22cm dia. & 30cm high (as per sketch enclosed) fabricated of M.S. plate 12mm thick casing welded to the base plate 20mm thick and 40x40 cm size, including drilling in concrete/R.C.C. surface 15 cm depth 8nos.,32mm dia. holes including widening the holes to 35mm at the bottom for fixing split anchor bolts with taper pin including grouting with Lockfix-P of FOSROC brand or approved equivalent compound. The work also includes providing and fixing 2 nos. 40mm dia. M.S. rod 40cm long inside the bollard with taper pin including drilling in concrete/R.C.C. surface 20cm in depth, 43mm dia. including widening the hole at the bottom 50mm to 45mm dia. including grouting with Lockfix-P compound of FOSROC brand or equivalent, including providing 40 mm dia horizontal pin by cutting through the bollard liner and grouting the open cavity of the bollard with cement concrete(1:2:4) including curing and closing the top with M.S. plate, 12mm thick welded to the casing of bollard. Painting the bollards with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/colour over a coat of red oxide. All labour & materials, tools & plant, etc. complete.

Fabricating, supplying & installation of stainless steel ladders of AISI SS 316 grade as specified below: A) Main vertical posts: 2 " outer diameter 3 mm thick tubes SS 316 grade. B) Horizontal post (rungs): placed at every 30 cm c/c, 1 '' outer diameter 3 mm thick tubes SS 316 grade. C) Fixing stainless steel anchor fasteners of size M10x100 mm by drilling holes in existing floor & fixing with lockfix/lockset compound or as directed. The ladder should be of glossy finish. Ladder height above floor level 0.90 m. All labour, materials, tools & plants etc. complete. (details provided at drg.)

Supplying and fixing wooden rubbing strips of well-seasoned soild Matti wood with S.S. sleeves with necessary EN8 bolts bolts of 20 mm with lockfix or equivalent compound, all tools & plants etc. complete. Length of each scantlings not less then 2.50 m.

P/F railing of GI, class B pipes 3 '' horizontally with vertical supports with ISMB 150 mm including stiffeners of ISA 80x80x8mm, 8 cms long, M.S. base plate 20x20 cms ,8 mm thick, top cover plate of M.S. 20 cmx20 cmx3.15 mm , anchor bolts of 15 mm dia. and 150 mm long including drilling into RCC fastening with lock fix compound, painting with primer and two coats of marine oil paint.
