Housekeeping of A.O. building premises by regular cleaning of common areas, cleaning the floors of the office premises including staircases & passages, lifts, etc. by sweeping/mopping and cleaning using phenol, disinfectant, etc. as directed, removal of cobwebs, cleaning of windows/ventilators/partition glass panes, daily removal of waste bins from the office premises and disposing the same in the garbage bin located at the rear side of A.O. Building or as directed. cleaning of fans removal of stains, cleaning and shinning of various hardware like doors & window fittings, signage boards ,shifting of furniture ,stationaries, etc. as per detail scope and schedule of work as directed on all office working days by deploying specified minimum housekeeping staff in specified timings per day, etc. complete. All labour, equipment, etc. complete. Note: (1) Work to be carried out on all five working days daily excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Port holidays between 7.30 hrs. to 12.30 hrs. & 14.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. by deploying min. 12 nos. of labour per day (at least 4 male labour to be deployed). (2) Areas included for housekeeping- All four floors of Administrative office building, CISF gate office at AOB gate, drivers' room, telephone exchange (EPBX), electrical room, HRD centre.
