P1 - Veneer partition Providing and fixing aluminium frame work and finished with : 12mm thick BWP ply wood with 4mm veneer on both sides and finished with polish as specified by architects. Rate shall be exclusive of polish.

P2 - Board room screen display partition Providing and fixing aluminium frame work and finished with : 12mm thick BWP Ply on both side and board room side finished with combination of coloured 6mm thk lacqurred glass (as per selection/design) and corian slab of 6mm thick with concealed cove lighting as per design. EE Cabin side finished with combination of 4mm veneer and coloured lacquered glass as per design. Rate shall be exclusive of polish. This partition will also have consealed vertical cove lighting, necessary boxing shall be including in the cost. This partition will be provided with ledge (400wide x 3000mm long x 2no's) and storage below (fixed to the partition, 400mm high 3000mm long). Finish of the storage shutters shall be veneer and top shall be of 6mm thk corian.

Please note that film need to be measured to the actual fixed area only for payments. Cost should include the necessary equipment, scaffolding, etc. as per the PM instruction. Skirting

Alluminium Skirting : Providing and Fixing of Aluminium Skirting as per approved make having width of 75 MM x thickness of 2mm made out of 6063 Grade Aluminium alloy duly powder coated as desired in the Ral Colour code decided by the architect having neat screw fixed arrangement with Rubber seal over it as per Manufacturers Specification. work complete as per the instruction of Architect. Rate shall inclusive of mock up sample, all materials, loading, unloading, transportation, placing at all floors and for all leads,all accessories as described in item description. 75mm

General and mandatory : 1.All wooden members to be well seasoned and knot free 2.All exposed wooden surfaces to have PU polish compliant with standards and as per environmemt friendly green building norms. 3. The flush door shutter will be as per design and detail and inclusive of cost of hinges for mounting on Al frames or wooden frame as specified below. 4.All wooden sections to be treated with anti- termite & fire resistant treatment 5.All doors should have provision for fixing access control equipments etc. Cost of the same shall not be claimed extra. 6.For All doors Should have locks,handles,hinges,door stays, door stopper etc as per approval only 7.Any change in ht of doors due to site conditions will be paid accordingly as per sq.m rate quoted for doors. 8.All door should have half moon shape floor mounted door stopper 9.All Aluminium Sections specified should be of thickness 2 mm - Miminum. 10. Shop Drawings required to be submited for Approval.

Flush Door with veneer finish : Providing and fixing of Single / double Leaf shutter (40mm thickness finished) SOLID HARD CORE DECORATIVE type (BD) interior grade BWP BLOCK BOARD FLUSH DOOR SHUTTERS of approved make with teak wood internal lipping on all sides and teak wood inserts for mounting locks having well matched teak ply veneering with cross bands and face veneers on both faces, including cost of labour for fixing builder's hardware and locking arrangements etc; complete all as per specifications. The door frame will be made out of Hardwood of section 90 x 65mm and coated with Fire retardent Primer. The rebate shall be of 20mm x 40mm in Door Frame to accommodate the shutter in frame. The pasting of the ply/veneer /laminate should be done using automatic machine and should be free from any nails or perforations. Carpentry work General and mandatory 1. The frame work for fixing wooden paneling (As specified) will be of 50mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm Aluminium hollow anodised sections of approved make conforming to IS code. The framework shall be fixed as per drawing vertically @ 600 mm c/c & horizontal 600 mm c/c horizontally. or as per the Pattern of grooves whichever is less . Cost of frame work to include insertion of necessary wooden members at skirting level or elsewhere as deemed fit by architect/PMC 2. The frame work for fixing wooden paneling (As specified) will be of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 GSM as per Manuf.'s specs. Cost of wall / wooden paneling to include insertion of necessary wooden members at skirting level or elsewhere as deemed fit by him 3. All paneling framework, unless otherwise specified will go up to 150mm above bottom of false ceiling. 4. All exposed wooden surfaces in this Item or anywhere else in the BOQ to have melamine polish as per approved sample and as/green building specifications. 5. All wooden/mdf framework under this item or anywhere else in the BOQ to be treated with anti termite and fire retardant paint ( viper or equiv.) 6. All the wooden framework under this Item or anywhere else in the BOQ will have well seasoned wooden members of species as defined in the individual item 7. All Glass to Glass, Glass joints shall be sealed with 6mmx6mm Alu I- Section/Box section as specified in the drawings with Glass works to be got done by an approved specialized Agency. 8. Any other Glass to Glass, Glass to wood and Glass to SS joints shall be sealed with Dow Corning Glass sealant with minimum contact surface to be not less than 6mm after cleaning and masking procedure with full tool & tackle .Silicon works to be got done by an approved specialized Agency 9. All panel like, gypsum board, MDF, Ply veneer etc to be fixed to the channels with dry wall screws, jointed and finished with requisite filler, paper tape, finisher and primer suitable for the surface. 10. The outer skin on either side shall have 10mm grooves with aluminium 'L' angle bends fixed to the thickness of board at the edges, neatly finished with paper tape and P.O.P punning. 11. All gypsum partitions to have 40mm wide 12mm thk MDF on corners on both sides(outward turning partition) to protect edges. Cost for the same shall be included in partition item. 12. Partitions to have extra skin of wire mesh only when specified by the architect/PMC for securing the finishes in given areas. The same will be paid separate extra only for the wire mesh 13. All aluminium demountable partitions to be quoted with the inclusion of a 12x12mm joint groove made by a 12mm ply strip. 14. All Partition framework specified in Aluminium will be at a minimum of 600 x 600 but some additional members may be required at some locations to be considered in the quotation 15. Measurements for paneling work to be recorded upto finished false ceiling level only irrespective of aluminium frame work, which shall be provided from gr. level to RCC slab / beams soffit level. 16. Rates shall also be inclusive of cost of making CNC/engraving /cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights /air-conditioners ,grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening around the openings/cutouts additional support for fixing of patch fittings for doors, making grooves between wall & board, in filled with termite treated wooden members if required or as per drawing /instruction of EIC. and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections. The rate shall be for all floors, at all heights, all shapes.

Wall Panelling and Cladding details General and mandatory - Wall paneling to be provided with necessary backing of aluminium frame work (as per above mentioned specifications) and 12mm thick fire retardant BWP marine plywood (fixed on to the frame work with dry wall screws) on top and to be finished with combination of finishing materials as mentioned below. Wall Panelling finishing layers are as below: 1) Veneer panelling: Providing and fixing 4mm thick Desinger Veneer water proof/1st quality Straight/Quarter grain Veneer as per approved by Architect (Base rate of veneer Rs 100per sft) & melamine / polishing as specified by architect. With laminated edge beading all around as per the drawing. Base rate of laminate Rs 80 /- per sft 3) Lacquered glass / Coloured glass Panelling : Providing and fixing of Glass cladding 4mm / 6mm thick Planilaque Evolution Coloured Lacquer Glass or equivlent fixed with manufacturer specified Saint Gobain make approved adhesive over 12 or 16 mm thick BWP Ply as per details drawing and as directed by Architect. Gypsum ceiling Gypsum Board Suspended Ceiling:- Providing and fixing in position multi level GYPSUM board false-ceiling suspended on G.I. frame work in design as shown in the drawing. The G.I. frame work consist of Perimeter channel of size 27mm x 0.5mm. Intermediate channel of size 45mm x 0.5mm thick. Baffle Ceiling Customised Baffle Ceiling :- Supplying & Installation of vertical linear ceiling made out of Aluminium in 0.8mm thickness. The baffle units shall be in size of 200(H) x 50mm(W) x 2400(L). The ceiling baffle units shall be installed at the distance of 200mm from c.c. All Baffle to be provided with end cap and special splice to be provided to join two baffles together. The baffle units should be attached by C-channel carriers of size 25 x 40 x25mmx 1.2mm thick at 1200mm c.c. and suspended with M6 threaded rod hangers spaced 1200mm c.c. Quality and finishes of baffles should be followed the TIAM quality standard and powder coated finish with minimum 60 microns paint thickness. Finish- Woodgrain. This texture of ceiling should be approved in the guidance of engineering-in- charge. Installation of U-Grid:The U profile to be suspended at every 1200mm on-centre using 6mm threaded rod from the structural soffit using U-profile hanger. U-profile splice to be used to join more than one U profiles of length 3.75M. 1st U-Grid Channel must be no more than 400mm from the perimeter.Installation of Baffles: Locate the slot for Baffle Hangers in slot of Baffle section at 1200mm centres. Hangers are inserted into the slot, then rotated 90° and fixed into position by tightening the grub screw. Baffle to be lifted into position and hangers engage over lip of U-Grid Channel. Each Hanger to be secured into position by inserting the Locking Clip. Baffles blades to be connected at ends with Baffle Joiner, which are inserted into the top and bottom slots of the Baffle closed profile for alignment only. The bottom Joiner to be located first and fastened on one side only. The top Joiner to be fitted then and secured with grub screws on one side. Then the two Baffle sections shall be joined and the top Joiner is screw fastened on the 2nd Baffle profile. End Caps to be located by pushing the End Cap tongues into Baffle slots.Installation shall be according to the instructions provided by manufacturer.The rates should be inclusive of the neccessary concealed wooden frame works for the fixing arrangment and 12 mm thick back ply for backing surface complete as advised.
