Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc.

Dsimentling damaged/rusted GI sheet roofing including rides, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead including the cost of all labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete

Providing 1.00 mm thick corrugated G.S. sheet roofing with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washer filled with white lead, including a cost of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of shees complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete

Repair works to cracks in plastering/ masonary/ R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc., cutting out cracks to 'V' section, cleaning, wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry 1:3 (one cement, three sand) including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc., complete as directed.

Finishing walls with two coats of Premium Acrylic smooth exterior with Silicone additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/ or equivalent), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete and Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Painting two or more coats to the Doors & windows of the office building with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/ or equivalent) of requried colour to give an even shade as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Two coats of wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Berger/or equivalent), including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour after Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete and applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reninforced plastic (FRP) Door frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thichkness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shll be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. The rate is inclusive of cost of supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc., complete.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false Ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2% humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (Part 4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (mimnimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gram per sqm including both sides) comrising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of lenght 3000 mm , cross-T of size 15x32 mm length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of lenght 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @80 grams per sqm ) i.e. 50 mm long 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fulkly threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old rusted steel work from Generator shed including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead including cost of all labours toos & plants etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Recovery of salvage value/scrap value of recoverd material at the time of dismantling of the above said structural steel including cost of transport from the site but excluding the cost of dismantaling labours, tools materials etc. complete (Deduction)

Providing and fixing 50 mm nominal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chioride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threadad fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refillling & testing of joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge including cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc. complete.
