All tools, plants, labour, materials, transport etc. complete.

Complete Maintenance of the existing gardens in and around MPA Guest House, MRH -I, HOD bungalows, Children’s’ Park& AVOC at Headland premises in a very presentable condition in order to give a beautiful look to the premises having total area of aprox. 35,000 Sqms including roads, pathways ,garden, lawns, plants/trees/ shrubs/ground covering, creepers ,hedges ,vegetable and flowerbed, potted plants , benches, fish pond & other garden related structures etc. as well as any other future additions thereof by deploying sufficient experience garden staffs not less than the minimum as specified with all tools ,tackles , etc. per day on all days excluding Sundays and specified holidays including supervision by authorized , qualified and experienced Supervisor etc. as per garden/ horticulture maintenance schedule at Annex-A and as instructed in time to time by Horticulturist /Chief Engineer or his authorized representative . All labours, equipment’s, tools and plants, materials supervision etc. complete. MRH -1 Bungalow & Guesthouse a)Aprox. Execution of miscellaneous works pertaining to garden development, (works other than in the scope of garden maintenance ) housekeeping of MRH-I, shifting, loading unloading and other works assigned in time to time by deploying workers in the areas outside the custom bound at Mormugao Port Authority as and when required and as directed on daily/shift basis of 8 hours as directed . All labour, tools etc. Complete. Note: Consumables Materials Required will be supplied free of cost by the Department
