(a) The quoted fee shall be inclusive of all expenditure like conveyance, incidentals, out-of-pocket expenses etc. and all taxes and duties (except GST). It shall also be inclusive of all costs related to visits to the site, attending meetings, conferences and making suitable presentations etc. No additional fee or cost in any form shall be paid by BSNL unless specifically allowed else wherein the Bid-Document.

(b) BSNL may seek additional details, clarifications, comments or advice from the Independent Valuer/Transaction advisor regarding the valuation of the said property up-to a period of 1½ (one and a half) year from the date of submission of valuation report and the Valuer/Transaction advisor shall provide the same to BSNL without any extra fees.
