The contractor therefore bears the full risk for all technical problems, the actual scope of the performances, obtaining the necessary permits, the wage and price evolution to realize all commitments from this assignment at a fixed, fixed price. This means that the assignment includes all charges that are necessary for the performance of the assignment and are directly related to it. The contractor is therefore also responsible for the necessary quality checks and adjustments in order to make a fully finished "product" available that fully meets all the conditions set. The project must be made available, including and not limited to all necessary connections (including all utility connections), legal inspections, certificates, etc., in short, a completely finished "product" must be made available, in accordance with the output specifications of the cutlery. Care company Antwerp is therefore looking for a team that can realize all facets of this design, build, finance and maintenance assignment in a qualitative way. Changes to the composition of the team proposed with the application to participate are only permitted with the approval of Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen.
