Mandatory Requirement:  Any Bids Received From Bidders Who Are Not Certificate Of Recognition (cor) Certified, Who Have Not Obtained Cor Equivalency Or Who Have Not Submitted A Valid Letter Of Reciprocity Shall Be Rejected From Further Consideration. Bidders Must Have Significant Experience And A Successful Track Record In Design And Construction Of Composite Elevated Tanks.
