The Region Will Only Accept Electronic Bid Submissions Submitted Through The Region’s Bids And Tenders Website For This Request For Tender. Hard Copy Bid Submissions Will Not Be Accepted. Breif Description Of Work: The Deliverables Include, But Are Not Limited To, Architectural, Building And Process Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, And Instrumentation/control Upgrades To The Sanitary Pumping Station At Brayfield Manors Located At 919 Bray Circle In The Town Of Newmarket, As Further Described In The Specifications And The Drawings. Manadatory Requirements: Certificate Of Recognition (cortm): Any Bids Received From Bidders Who Are Not Cortm Certified, Who Have Not Obtained Cortm Equivalency Or Who Have Not Submitted A Valid Letter Of Reciprocity Shall Be Rejected From Further Consideration. Deposit:  all Bids Shall Be Accompanied By A Digital Bid Bond In The Amount Of $75,000.00 (seventy Five Thousand) and A Digital Undertaking To Bond. The Forms Of Bid Bond And Undertaking To Bond Acceptable To The Region Are Attached As Appendix D And E. Bidder's Meeting: Bidders Are Invited To Attend A Site Visit / Information Meeting To Be Held On The Date, Time And Place Set Out On The Bidding Website.
