The required prior work experience for the bidder is in similar fields for the last four financial years in organized sectors. The tenderer must have experience of successfully executed work as stated below: 1. Works more than 10.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value. 2. Works more than 15.00 Lacs and up to 100.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value. 3. Works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 2000.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value. 4. Works of 2000.00 Lacs and above: Three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should furnish proof showing that they have work experience of the last four financial years. The similar work means commercial work of a similar nature as the tender being asked for. The experience certificates should clearly indicate the head bifurcation of works, such as Road, Drain, Sewer, Water supply, Building, Electrical, etc. The cumulative financial turn over and current liquid assets should be as under: 1.5 Times bid value, 5% of the bid value, Rs.10.00 Lacs, 40% of the bid value for works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & upto Rs.15.00 Lacs. 1.5 Times bid value, 10% of the bid value, Rs.15.00 Lacs, 40% of the bid value for works more than Rs.15.00 Lacs & upto Rs.100.00 Lacs. 1.5 Times bid value, 12% of the bid value, Rs.100.00 Lacs, 40% of the bid value for works more than Rs.100.00 Lacs & upto Rs.500.00 Lacs. 2.00 Times bid value, 12% of the bid value, Rs.500.00 Lacs for works of Rs.500.00 Lacs and above. A relaxation of 20% shall be given on the total requirement of turnover for all working contractors.
