Invitation to bid: Procurement of SANA Emergency Medical Team Uniforms. 1. Requirements WHO requires the successful bidder, to provide tailoring, embroidering of uniform as per the attached detailed list of requirements and specifications. The successful bidder shall be a company operating in the field of tailoring, embroiderying of uniform with proven expertise and references. Bidders should follow the instructions set forth below in the submission of their offer to WHO. 2. Offer The offer and all correspondence and documents relating thereto shall be prepared and submitted in the English language. The offer should be concisely presented and structured to include the following information: • Presentation of your Company (please complete Annex 2) • Technical Offer (details on how your company would accommodate the request, delivery timeline, warranty… • Financial offer – Details of cost/unit and other other related costs and currency.
