Pre-qualification Of Contractors For Civil And Engineering Works & Of Requirements The World Health Organization (who) Invites Vendors To Submit An Expression Of Interest (eoi) For Construction And Engineering Works In Pakistan (but Not Limited To The Following Listed Works). The Purpose Of This Expression Of Interest Is To Establish A Roster Of Pre-qualified Contractors To Undertake Construction, Renovation, And Design Works. These Prequalified Suppliers Will Be Invited For Future Bidding Processes. Construction Work Earthworks And Excavation Concrete Work Structural Work Utility Installation Foundation And Piling Work Demolition And Site Clearance Masonry And Brickwork Landscaping Desing Work/development Of Boqs/sow Refurbishment Work Of Existing Structures (health Facilities/medial Centers) Establishment Of Prefabricated Buildings Surveying And Geotechnical Investigations Which Address The Following Objectives: Identifying the Contractors Who Have The Capability To Execute The Construction/engineering Works In Pakistan. Only The Eligible And Qualified Contractor Who Will Be Shortlist Shall Be Invited To Participate In The Tender Process (if Any) For The Construction/engineering Works. Ensuring Timely And Efficient Execution Of Work To Meet The Evolving Needs Of Who Pakistan. Obtaining The Best Value For Money Meeting Customer Expectations (govt Of Pakistan) Enhancing Efficiency Of The Organization Who Intends To Invite Selected Vendors To Participate In A Formal Solicitation, Via A Request For Proposals (rfp), At A Later Stage, For The Above Requirements.  complete Details Of The Requirements Will Be Included In The Solicitation Documents. Vendors Interested In Fulfilling The Requirements Are Requested To Express Their Interest By Submitting The Following Documents, Completed In Full, Together With Their Expression Of Interest In Response To Points 1. And 2. Above, To The Contact Address (as Stated Above) Not Later Than The Closing Date (as Stated Above): A Vendor Information Form, Using The Template Provided In Annex A, Providing Information On The Vendor As An Entity (legal And Organizational), And Describing Concisely And Briefly The Vendor’s Expertise And Experience Relevant To The Requirements And Criteria Described Above.                    A Self-declaration Form, Using The Form Provided In Annex B. Expression Of Interest Instructions (please Refer To The Attached Eoi Details) Submitted Expressions Of Interest Should Not Contain Pricing Information. Any Information Considered By Interested Entities As Confidential Must Be Clearly Marked "confidential". Incomplete Expressions Of Interest And Expressions Of Interest Submitted After The Closing Date Will, In Principle, Be Disregarded, Unless Who Decides Otherwise, In Its Sole Discretion.
