A Prospective Bidder Requiring Any Clarification On Technical, Contractual Or Commercial Matters May Submit Its Questions Via E-mail To Emrgotender@who.int   As Specified In The Rfp (section 4.6) (use Subject: [rfp 1/2024/2]) No Later Than [24 January 2024]. Questions Are To Be Submitted Following The Format Of The Form "questions From Bidders", Attached Hereto As Annex 7 (use Bid Reference In Subject Line Rfp 1/2024/2) A Consolidated Document Of Who’s Response To All Questions (including An Explanation Of The Query But Without Identifying The Source Of Enquiry) Will Be Sent To All Prospective Bidders Who Have Expressed Their Interest Of The Rfp.   3. The Proposals Must Be Submitted In Two Separate Emails One For “technical Proposal’ And One For “financial Proposal” Via E-mail To Emrgotender@who.int  as Specified In The Rfp (section 4.7) No Later Than [1 February 2024] At [15:00] Hours, [cairo] Time.   Each Proposal Shall Be Marked With Bid Ref:  Rfp 1/2024/2 At The Discretion Of Who, Selected Bidders May Be Invited To Supply Additional Information On The Contents Of Their Proposal During The Evaluation Period. Such Bidders Will Be Asked To Give A Presentation Of Their Proposal (possibly With An Emphasis On A Topic Of Who’s Choice) Followed By A Question And Answer Session.
