Implementation And Institutionalization Support Of Community Network Engagement For Essential Healthcare And Covid-19 Reponses Through Trust (connect) - Apw & Moh And Moha Have Been Collaborating In Enhancing Local Health Governance (provincial And District) And Community Engagement For Covid-19 Responses And Primary Health Care (phc) Beyond Covid-19 With Support Of Who. The Initiative By The Two Ministries Was Named Connect. In 2022, A Memorandum Of Understanding (mou) Was Signed Between The Two Ministries And Connect Is Being Implemented Under The Mou. As Of February 2024, Connect Has Been Introduced To Over 200 Villages Across 10 Provinces. The Implementation Of Connect Has Resulted In An Observed Increase In Healthcare Service Utilization Among Community Members. Connect Is Considered As An Effective And Appropriate Approach And Tool To Enhance Local Governance, Accountability And Community Engagement For Addressing Phc Challenges Beyond Covid-19. This Phase Focus Is Placed On Institutionalizing Connect Into The Phc System In Accordance With The Samsang Policy.
