The Purpose Of This request For Proposals is To Identify A Suitable Contractor For  the Provision Of Global, Regional And Country Estimates Of Number Of People With Disability & The Update Of Who Rehabilitation Needs Estimator Tool,  Which Address The Following Objectives: I) To Provide An Update On The Prevalence Of People With Disability From The Previous Figure Of 1 Billion People Provided In The 2011 Who World Disability Report. For Consistency, The Bidder Should Follow The Same Methodology As The One Used In The Previous Report, By Establishing A Disability Weight Threshold And Calculating The Number Of People With Different Health Conditions Associated With Significant Or Severe Disability Above The Cut-off, Adjusting For Comorbidities. Ii) Update The Figures In The Who Rehabilitation Needs Estimator (https://vizhub.healthdata.org/rehabilitation/) Using The Newest Round Of Global Burden Of Disease (gbd) Data. Iii) Provide Further Comprehensive Information On The Needs For Rehabilitation By Adding Severity Level Estimates For The 25 Health Conditions That Are Already Included In The Who Rehabilitation Needs Estimator. This Will Involve Updating The Tool With New Data Visualizations Containing Maps, Bar Charts, And Line Graphs That Can Specify Burden By Severity Levels Of Condition(s) By Age Groups, Sex, Year, And For All Geographies. The Tool Needs To Make Possible For Users To Download Results Through On-line Tools. Iv) To Support Who Data Department In The Migrating Of The Current Visualization Tool To The Official Who Data Webpage.
