The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals (rfp) Is To Enter Into A Contractual Agreement With A Successful Bidder And Select A Suitable Contractor To To (i) Conduct A Literature Review, (ii) Collect And Structure Data (based On Scientific And Academically Sound Methods) On The Topic Of Food Defence, (iii) Outline The Used Methods And (iv) Produce A Guiding Skeleton Paper. The Literature Review, Collected Data And Skeleton Paper Will Later Be Used By The Infosan Secretariat To Produce Guidance On Food Defence. The New Guidance Will Serve As An Update To Existing Who Guidance On Terrorist Threats To Food And Will Be Extended In Scope And Depth. The Work Of The Contractor Will Include: (1) Literature Review; (2) Data Collection; (3) Outline Of Used Methods And; (4) Skeleton Paper.
