Background As The Western Pacific Region’s Population Ages Rapidly, There Has Been A Growing Interest From Countries To Learn And Create Age-friendly Environments. Older People’s Health Is Not Simply Maintained By The Available Health Services But By Their Whole Living Environment, Physical And Social. Creating A Supportive Environment Is Essential For People To Age-in-place While Maintaining Their Intrinsic Capacity And Functional Ability As Long As Possible. This Requires A Multi-sectoral Collaboration To Introduce Right Policies And Services At All Levels, From National To Local Governments. Age-friendly Environments Should Support Healthy Ageing Through Enhancing Health, Social Inclusion And Well-being In Older Age, Taking A Lifelong Approach. As Creating And Transforming Age-friendly Environments Take A Long Time, It Is Important To Understand The Three Dimensions (physical Environment, Social Environment And Municipal Services) And The Eight Domains For Different Sectors To Work On Early. Taking A Human Centred Design Approach To Understanding Age-friendliness, Age Would Like To Hire A Live Artist To Draw Out Age-friendly Cities/communities Described During A Discussion (as Part Of A Webinar On Age-friendly Environment). The Discussion Will Take Place For An Hour To Two Hours (maximum). The Live Drawings Should Aid Visualizing How A Community Can Be Age-friendly.   Purpose/specific Objective Of The Activity The Healthy Ageing Unit Seeks A Live Artist To Draw Out Discussion In Real Time To Support To Visualization Of Ideas.   Description Of Activities To Be Carried Out Output 1 - Support The Team’s Discussion With External Partners By Drawing The Progress And Outcomes Of The Discussion In Real Time To Visuals – At Five (5) Online Meetings Deliverable 1.1 - Display Illustrations Of The Outcomes Of Each Meetings (live Drawing Of The Mid-point Outcome, And Final Outcome) During The Meeting For Participants To See – Meetings To Be Held Between July And December, 2021 Output 2 - Raw Outputs – Live Drawings Deliverable 2.1 - Submission Of Output (live Drawings) Should Be In Final Format With The Raw/editable File Deliverable 2.2 - Submission Of Final Outputs Should Be In High-resolutions (tiff, Png, Jpg)   Qualifications & Experience Education Essential:  University Degree In Fine Arts, Multimedia, Communications And Other Relevant degrees.  Desirable: master's Degree Or Above In Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, And/or Public health    Experience At Least 5 Years’ Experience In Designs And Graphics, Communications, Strategies And Visual Campaigns. Experience Working With Public And Private Sectors.
