Objective Of The Consultancy: The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (rfp) Is To Seek Services Of External Consultancy Firms And Individual Experts To Assist Unitaid In Conducting A Technical Evaluation/assessment Of Proposals Received Under The Call For Proposals: Accelerate And Promote Responsible Introduction Of New Dr-tb Drugs And Regimens (https://unitaid.org/call-for-proposal/call-for-proposals-accelerate-and-promote-responsible-introduction-of-new-dr-tb-drugs-and-regimens/#en). Qualification Of The Consultants: Essential Experience And Educational Requirements   The Successful External Services Provider Will Propose At Least One Experienced Reviewer/assessor. The Proposed Reviewer(s) Should Meet The Following Requirements: - A Minimum Of Five Years’ Demonstrated Experience At Global And National Levels Working In Global Health Preferably In Innovation, And With Community And Civil Society Led Approaches To Access And Demand Creation. - Relevant Advance Degree(s) In Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Governance, Or Related Disciplines. - Demonstrated Extensive Experience Working Directly With Affected Communities In Tuberculosis Or Related Area. - Demonstrated Extensive Experience With Tuberculosis, Antimicrobial Resistance, And Other Related Areas - Significant Experience Evaluating Successful Proposals In Response To Open Calls And Tenders In The Global Health Space. Desirable Experience   - Working Knowledge Of Unitaid And/or The World Health Organization;    - Expertise And Network With Civil Society And Communities Related To The Introduction Of Tools /diagnostics And Public Health Issues Related To Lmics;      People Living With Hiv Or Affected By Tb And/or Malaria, Hepatitis Are Encouraged To Apply. Bidders Are Invited To Submit A Proposal For The Above Mentioned Request For Proposal In Accordance To The Documents Attached.
