The Purpose Of This Invitation To Bid (itb) Is For The Janitorial Services For Who Office For Western Pacific, Manila, Philippines. Description: Bidders Are Invited To Submit Offers For Janitorial Services For Who Office For Western Pacific Under Procurement , As Per Details Provided In Annex I. Instructions To Proposers: 1. Who May Decide To Conduct A Debriefing Upon The Written Request From An Unsuccessful Bidder For Procurement Exceeding Usd200,000. The Request For A Debriefing Must Be Received In Writing Within 30 Calendar Days Of The Unsuccessful Bidder`s Receipt Of Notification From Who That The Bidder Was Not Awarded The Contract.
