The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals Is To Identify A Suitable Contractor To support The Health Workforce (hwf) Department By Producing Short Reports And Papers On Relevant Topics (to Be Identified In Discussions With Countries And Regions) Of Covid-19 And Human Resources For Health (hrh), And To Facilitate Technical And Policy Discussions Among The 5 Countries That Participated In The Sub-regional Study On “the Impact Of Covid-19 In Hwf And Policy Response” (bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru).  Detailed Terms Of Reference Are Available Under "documents".
