The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically in executing projects similar in nature to the work being tendered. They must provide a list of projects executed that are similar in nature to the work, as well as a list of projects in progress that are similar in nature to the work. The bidder must have experience in execution of one Road work with Flexible pavement/ Rigid Pavement of 30% of estimated cost put to tender during the last preceding five financial years, i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. The bid capacity is applicable for a value of work more than Rs.3.00 crore put to tender. However, no specific amount is mentioned for the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five financial years, but the bidder must provide a Turn Over certificate from a Chartered Accountant with a valid UDIN No. The bidder must also provide information on the value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with the following format: 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, with the base year being 2025-2026. The percentage of similar works completed is 30% of the estimated cost put to tender.
