The bidder is also required to provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including description, contract number, value of contract, and anticipated date of completion. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on their annual turnover, with a certified statement. For tenders for works value more than Rs 5.00 crores, the bidder should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. The value of work executed by the applicant shall be updated to the current price level using the escalation factor. The values of civil engineering works executed during the last 5 years are: - Year 1: Rs. 1.61 lakhs - Year 2: Rs. 1.46 lakhs - Year 3: Rs. 1.33 lakhs - Year 4: Rs. 1.21 lakhs - Year 5: Rs. 1.10 lakhs The percentage of similar works completed is 75% for tenders above Rs 5.00 crores. The amount for tenders is up to Rs. 5.00 crores, with no qualifying criteria, and more than Rs 5.00 crores with specific qualifying criteria. The E.M.D is 1% of the estimated Cost, and the cost of the tender paper is Rs.10, 000.00.
