The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction work, specifically completion or substantial completion of at least one similar nature of works during the last 5 years. The value of work executed by the applicant should be updated to the current price level using the escalation factor. For framed structure composite building work, the bidder must have completed at least one project with a cost of not less than 213.85 lakhs (including EI & PH) within any of the preceding 5 financial years.
