Renovation of an apartment building. The building to be renovated is a five-storey residential building (ground floor, 1st-2nd floor and 1st-2nd floor) plus basement. The existing building from the 1980s with a floor area of 11.24/38.10m, i.e. 430m², and a maximum height of approx. 15.7 m (above ground floor/flat roof) above ground, is built as a solid structure with three full floors, 2 attics and a full basement. The load-bearing walls are made of masonry in different thicknesses, the ceilings are designed as filler ceilings. The services described in the following are necessary for the renovation and conversion of the existing apartments and for energy-saving renovation. Within the building, the apartments and usage areas as well as the access/access will largely be adapted to a new spatial concept. A medium quality of finish was assumed. The renovation is planned to meet KfW standards.
