Title: Large Scale Social Housing Projects (above €5m) Multi-party Framework - Initial Project Killeens Social Housing (60 No.) Scheme, Co. Wexford. description: Wexford County Council Is Setting Up A Multi-party Framework (mpfw) For Social Housing Projects Exceeding €5 Million, With No Upper Limit. The Framework Will Be Capped At €250 Million, Which Is The Cumulative Limit On The Value Of All Projects To Be Delivered Over The Duration Of The Framework. The Framework Will Include Eight Contractors And Accommodate Both Designed By Employer And Designed By Contractor Models. It Will Also Be Available To Regional Authorities, Including Wicklow, Kilkenny, Waterford And Carlow.
