Description Invitation To Bid For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of Medical Supplies For The Use Of Cardiovascular Care Center Ib No. 2025-006 1. Western Visayas Medical Center Through The Internally Generated Fund-hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos And 50/100only (php29,973,240.50) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa) Medical Supplies For The Use Of Cardiovascular Care Center, Ib No. 2025-006. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Western Visayas Medical Center Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
