Western Visayas Medical Center Through Internally Generated Fund-hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Four Million Five Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (php204,589,830.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of Supplies, Consumables And Reagents With Free Use Of Machine For The Use Of Department Of Pathology And Laboratory Medicine, Ib No. 2025-005. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Western Visayas Medical Center Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
