Western Visayas Medical Center Through The Gaa-regular Agency Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Pesos And 60/100 Only (php64,992,915.60) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of Various Gases Including Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen (lox) 99.5% Purity, With Free Use Of Medical Gas Pipeline System Connecting Vacuum Insulated Evaporator (vie) To The Whole Wvmc, Ib No. 2025-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Western Visayas Medical Center Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc.
