The bid capacity required to bid in the given tender includes two main conditions: 1. Minimum average annual contractual turnover of 34.62 crores.
2. Successful completion or substantial completion of similar work(s) with a value of at least: - 10.386 crores per work for three similar works, - 13.848 crores per work for two similar works, or - 20.772 crores for one similar work. These values are calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the period of completion. The minimum average annual contractual turnover is calculated as V/N or "V" whichever is less, where V is the advertised value in crores and N is the number of years for completion. The similar work values are calculated as a percentage of the advertised value: 30% for three works, 40% for two works, and 60% for one work.

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar work is defined as Repair/Rehabilitation/SITC of Centrifugal/Submersible/Turbine/Any other type of Electrical Pumps. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder needs to provide details of payment received for the work, which includes bill-wise details and TDS certificates. The value of average annual turnover for the public listed company is Rs 500 crore.
