Western Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For non-lead members of a Joint Venture (JV), each member must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender during the last 07 years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works to the tendered work. For the major component of the work, the bidder or the lead member of the joint venture (JV) should have completed a similar work. For other components of the work, either the JV or any member of the JV should have completed a similar work. Each non-lead member of the JV should have a technical capacity of at least 10% of the cost of any component of the work mentioned in the technical eligibility criteria. This means they should have completed a similar work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of the work. Separate completed works of minimum required values shall also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria for different components. In case of tenders for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the above-mentioned categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The value of a completed work done by a member in an earlier JV shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV.
