West Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, each non-lead member of a joint venture must have technical capacity of minimum 1/4 of the cost of any component of work mentioned in the technical eligibility criteria, by having satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 (seven) years one similar work for a minimum of 1/4 of the cost of any component of work. However, it is also mentioned that each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed, during the last 7 years, one similar work for a minimum of 50% of the cost of any component of work mentioned in the technical eligibility criteria. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work. For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to ₹ 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
